Free Delivery
At DDP Elite USA, we are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over $100. Our goal is to make our premium products as accessible as possible, and we believe that eliminating shipping costs for substantial orders will provide greater value to our healthcare professionals across the USA.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to any address within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. Our aim is to expand our delivery areas in the future to include these regions and meet the needs of all our customers.
Shipping Times
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once processed, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on factors outside of our control, such as logistical delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress as it makes its way to you. This feature ensures transparency and allows you to plan accordingly for the arrival of your purchase.
Handling Fees
There are no handling fees for orders exceeding $100. For orders under $100, a standard shipping charge will apply. The specific amount will be provided at checkout, based on your order’s size and delivery location.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred shipping method. Costs for expedited shipping are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate order changes or cancellations whenever possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through an exchange or a refund.
