DDP Elite USA Stoney Spleno-Renal Shunt Clamp is designed for use in cardiothoracic surgical procedures. More specifically this instrument is designed for clamping of a spleno-renal shunt established in certain procedures to establish a portal-caval anastomosis to divert flow and alter blood pressure for any number of reasons. This clamp can be used on this shunt to decrease or totally occlude blood flow. This instrument is available in three different sizes
