Pratt uterine dilator, double-ended, size 25/27 (French sizing). Pratt dilators have a long, gradual taper that opens the cervical canal with less force than blunter patterns, which is why many gynecologists prefer them for dilation before D&C, hysteroscopy and other intrauterine procedures.
One end is 25 Fr and the other 27 Fr, so the next size is ready by turning the dilator around. This single dilator is useful for completing or replacing a piece in an existing Pratt set.
