1. Overview

This website, ddpeliteusa.com, is operated by DDP Elite USA, 8350 NW 66th Street, Miami, FL 33166, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

2. Eligibility and professional use

Our surgical, dental and medical instruments are intended for use by trained healthcare professionals, veterinary professionals, students under supervision, and qualified institutions. You are responsible for using products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

3. Products

  • Unless stated otherwise, instruments are supplied non-sterile and must be cleaned and sterilized according to standard protocols before first use.
  • We make every effort to show products accurately, but images are for illustration; minor variations in finish, dimensions and packaging may occur.
  • Our online catalog shows a selection of our range. Additional instruments are available on request and are subject to separate quotation.
  • We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless displayed otherwise and may change without notice. Prices do not include import duties or taxes for international orders. Payment is due at the time of order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship the products. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or cannot be fulfilled, and will refund any payment received. For bulk, institutional or tender orders, separate written terms may apply.
