This is a 90° rotary arthroscopic basket punch with an axial cigar handle, available as a left side punch or a right side punch. It is supplied brand new.
The side-cutting 90° jaw trims meniscus and other soft tissue lying beside the shaft rather than straight ahead. The rotary, axial cigar handle lets the surgeon turn the jaw to the needed angle while keeping a palm grip, and the basket design lets each bite fall free into the joint for suction.
