The Continuous-Flow Resectoscope Outer Sheath 25Fr, Type AE from DDP Elite USA is built to the Type AE pattern, so it fits sheaths, telescopes and accessories of that system.
The outer sheath is the external tube of a continuous-flow resectoscope. Its perforated tip lets irrigation fluid drain back out through the space between the outer and inner sheaths while fresh fluid flows in. Continuous outflow keeps bladder pressure low and the view clear throughout a resection, so the surgeon does not have to stop and empty the bladder. It pairs with a matching Type AE continuous-flow inner sheath.
