The curved Maryland jaw is the standard laparoscopic tool for dissecting around the cystic duct, vessels and other fine structures. The ratchet locks the jaws on tissue when it needs to be held, for example while placing clips. A version without ratchet (DEU-LAPA00155) is also available.
