An occlusal photographic mirror for intraoral dental photography. It is placed in the mouth at an angle so the camera captures a full view of the biting surfaces of the upper or lower arch in a single image.
Occlusal views are standard in orthodontic records and in restorative and implant cases, where they show arch form, crowding, restorations and missing teeth. The larger mirror surface covers the whole arch. Handle the reflective surface carefully and clean it as the manufacturer recommends to avoid scratches.
