This is a brand-new trocar and cannula, 12mm in diameter and 9cm long, with a leaf valve system and a 5mm reducer included.
The 12mm port takes large instruments such as staplers, clip appliers and retrieval bags. The included 5mm reducer lets the same port be used for 5mm instruments without gas leaks, and the leaf valve closes when instruments are withdrawn to keep the abdomen inflated.
