Rotatable Kerrison laminectomy punch, 18cm/7" working length, 2mm bite, 40° upbiting jaw.

The shaft rotates a full 360° in the handle, so the jaw can be re-aimed without the surgeon changing grip or withdrawing the instrument — the reason a rotatable pattern is chosen for work around a nerve root through a narrow window. The 40° jaw is the general-purpose angle for laminectomy and foraminotomy work.

Thin footplate. A thin footplate slides between lamina and dura with less displacement than a standard footplate, which is what makes the difference on a tight canal.
