Rotatable Kerrison laminectomy punch, 18cm/7" working length, 5mm bite, 90° upbiting jaw.

The shaft rotates a full 360° in the handle, so the jaw can be re-aimed without the surgeon changing grip or withdrawing the instrument — the reason a rotatable pattern is chosen for work around a nerve root through a narrow window. The 90° jaw reaches straight up under the lamina, for undercutting where a 40° jaw cannot clear the bone.

Thin footplate. A thin footplate slides between lamina and dura with less displacement than a standard footplate, which is what makes the difference on a tight canal.
