Pin & Ligature (Cutter)

Pin and ligature cutters have long, fine, tapered tips. They slide under a stainless steel tie wire or a lock pin between brackets and cut it without catching the bracket wings or the archwire. The blades are delicate by design, which is why they are kept for ligatures and pins only.
